Year 2 visited the Staircase House as an ending to their topic on The Great Fire of London. Year 2 had an amazing time taking on the various different roles, such as Samuel Pepys and King Charles. They also had fun creating their own wattle and daub walls.
Year 2 designed and built their own Tudor Houses. We then invited the fire brigade in and had our own Great Fire of London! We watched the houses burn and thought about how it must have felt for the people in 1666.
